He suggested trying his personal training sessions which included "boxercise" and having no previous experience of this I thought "why not??!" My god, I was very wrong about my fitness! I realised in my first session that I had a way to go before I achieved the fitness level I wanted.

Well let me tell you I was over 21 stone with a size 46 inch waist and they were tight. I am know 18 stone and have a 39 inch waist.

Simon keeps you very focussed on what you want to achieve. I e-mail our food diary to him which he reads and advises. In 8 weeks (Anna) as lost 10 inches and 1.5 stones in weight.

I’ve actually cancelled my Gym membership as I’m now training 3 times a week with Simon, pushing myself far harder than I ever did in the gym! I’m getting fresh air, support, coaching, exercise and RESULTS !!!
